(not to mention the soundtrack). Very enjoyable game that never gets old- this game has lots of puzzles to keep you on your feet and the graphics are amazing. 5 out of 5 any day.
I bought this game for my granddaughter and she and her mother both love it. I am very happy with it.
This game is both challenging and fun, but totally above other video games on the fun scale. We played this game while travelling in the car during a long road trip; it proved to be a very thought-provoking and entertaining game, keeping us busy for several hours. I bought 'Professor Layton and the Curious Village' for our son at Christmas because it looked to be something completely different from other games on the market--and I was right. In order to advance through the game, you must think through and answer various puzzles and brain teasers; some simple, others not so easy.
:) You won't go wrong with this game. I am quite busy and have little time for playing "games" but I could not put this one down till I "finished" it. It has a little bit of everything. Can't wait to get the next in the series, something about a "diabolical box". I can't say much more than, this is the best game I think I have ever played in the video game realm. It has a story line, a level of mystery, funny dialogue, Awesome and challenging puzzles that will keep you intrigued. It took me about 2 weeks of everyday play to get all the way through.
Puzzles are extremely challenging. Great game and I'm looking forwarad to purchasing the Diabolical Box.
